Job Description
As a Shift Team Leader, you will lead the team to deliver safe and compliant shifts in the Transfer Station/RDF facility, and manage team performance, including absence management, training, and safety.
Requirements
- Proven operational experience within a waste management, transfer station, or similar industrial environment
- Comprehensive understanding of CMS Systems
- IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification
- Level 3 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent experience in leading operational teams
