Supervisor

We are seeking a Contract Supervisor to join our team at Veolia. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff and vehicle resources, delivering training, and investigating issues. If you have previous experience in a similar operational management role, strong knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar operational management role within an industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or waste management environment
• Proven experience in managing, supervising, and developing operational staff
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Health and Safety Legislation
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent health and safety management certification)
• Demonstrated experience working with unions and managing employee relations within a unionised workforce environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
