Job Description
Veolia aims to become the reference company in ecological transformation. The job is an alternating position within our agency in Saint-Maurice (94) with a 24-month duration. The role involves generating and controlling invoicing, verifying clients invoiced, amounts, and applied VAT, and ensuring administrative interface between commercial service, exploitation, and ADV service.
Requirements
- Currently preparing a BAC + 2 level training in management, support for managerial action, or equivalent
- First successful experience on a similar position
- Familiar with numbers and administrative management
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Organized, methodical, and possessing an excellent sense of relations
- Curiosity, sense of teamwork, and the ability to be a proposal force
