• Identify current and future needs in collaboration with HR managers and managers
• Distribute job offers and conduct pre-selection of profiles
• Pilot the recruitment campaign for alternates/students and animate the community
• Strengthen the employer brand and ensure communication of our jobs to various employment partners
• Organize and track integration paths
• Contribute to the monitoring of mobility requests on the region
