Job Description
The role involves preparing and publishing timely financial statements, executing closure processes, and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting. The person should have a final level of CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA or a degree in Commerce/Business Management/Finance, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Requirements
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Involve in all accounting operations
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Work closely with the Finance Manager / Financial Controller & client teams
- Assist in training of new staff
- Prepare and finalise periodic VAT, WHT and corporate tax computations
