Job Description
Senior Manager - Accounting, Consolidation and Audits: lead and manage accounting, reconciliation, and consolidation activities for international holding companies, implementing accounting policies, overseeing audits, and supervising payables, receivables, and intercompany processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field with a qualified accountancy degree (CPA, ACCA, CA)
- MBA
- 10-12 years of functional experience, including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Advanced computer and financial systems knowledge
- Awareness of Audit Procedures and Financial controls
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of accounting and the latest IFRS principles
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to review, analyze financial statements and information
- Strong problem-solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills
- Ability to develop junior team members
