Veracross is seeking an Accounting Software Implementation Specialist to lead the successful implementation of Veracross Business Modules, focusing on complex and demanding projects. The role involves delivering accounting platform consulting and organizational change management to clients, as well as continually improving implementation processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Accounting degree, coursework, or relevant experience in a Business Office setting
- 2-5 years of experience implementing Accounting software, including data conversion
- Experience with SaaS a plus
- Experience in leading Veracross Full Accounting Implementations, or similar SaaS accounting implementation experience preferred
- Experience as part of an independent school business office running a SaaS accounting platform a plus
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
- Skilled user of technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction
- Ability to learn complex, enterprise level software systems at a level that supports teaching others
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
- Highly organized with ability to self manage in a remote and/or hybrid work environment
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time if needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
