Technical Program Manager, FinTech

Veracross is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage key initiatives and programs for their FinTech teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments and knowledge of software development practices. The role will involve facilitating agile ceremonies, creating project plans, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments
• Knowledge and understanding of software development practices
• Track record of delivering complex software engineering programs on time and within scope.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (specifically Scrum) and experience serving as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrated ability to perform quarterly and annual capacity planning and resource allocation
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
