Verallia Germany AG is seeking a Production Manager (m/w/d) for their Wirges site. The role involves responsibility for 3 production lines, leadership of direct employees, strategic coordination, and implementation of health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Production Technology
• Long-term professional and leadership experience in 24/7 series production operation
• Knowledge of statistical methodology and Lean Production (desirable)
• Good English skills
• Ability to enforce and responsibility
• High degree of independence, fast comprehension, and team-oriented working method
• Very good communication skills
