Quality Engineer

Hach is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of incoming materials and outgoing finished products related to water quality analyzer systems, panels, and sample handling systems. The role involves site surveys, inspection, documentation control, and maintaining quality records in line with company standards and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical)
• 2-5 years of experience with proven service revenue growth responsibility
• Ability to read and verify engineering drawings such as P&ID, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Experience in quality documentation control including Material Test Certificates (MTC/TC), inspection reports, calibration certificates
• Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
• Willingness to travel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations, and business teams
• Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tools would be added advantage
• Proactive and action-oriented with an eye for detail
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships
