Job Description
The Cultivation Specialist provides on-site support to multiple gardens within a cannabis cultivation facility, maintaining quality control measures and ensuring the health and safety of crops. They are responsible for supporting plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, and overall plant growth and appearance.
Requirements
- Support plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth, health, and appearance
- Maintain quality control measures in accordance with State and local laws
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas
- Provide support to additional cultivation and harvest teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
