Job Description
VERB is a digital marketing agency looking for a Lead Web Designer to shape the digital experiences that bring brands, destinations, and stories to life online. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web, and a portfolio that demonstrates web-led creative thinking, sophisticated visual design, and thoughtful user experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web
- A portfolio that demonstrates web-led creative thinking, sophisticated visual design, and thoughtful user experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Mastery of modern design tools—Figma is a must
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex digital ideas into compelling narratives
- Ability to do the work, with a focus on running projects from start to finish
