Trainer / Dozent (m/w/d) für Triebfahrzeugführer

We are looking for a trainer/lecturer (m/f/d) for locomotive drivers to conduct seminars, accompany training, and create materials for training centers in Frankfurt, Cologne, and Essen.

Requirements

• Conducting seminars as part of training, further education, and further training of locomotive drivers and other railway personnel
• Accompanying the training and further education of locomotive drivers at the driving simulator
• Creating and further developing seminar materials
• Successful completion of a training as locomotive driver (m/f/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of railway operations and regulations, good moderation and presentation skills, pedagogical skills, and a confident demeanor
• Practical experience in designing and conducting seminars
• Willingness to work at other locations
