Trainer/Lecturer for Locomotive Drivers position at Verband Deutscher Eisenbahnfachschulen e. V. (VDEF) in Munich and Nuremberg, Germany.
Requirements
- Conducting seminars for locomotive drivers and other railway personnel
- Accompanying the training and further training of locomotive drivers at the driving simulator
- Creating and further developing seminar materials
- Successful completion of a training as a locomotive driver with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Fundamental knowledge of railway operation
- Good moderation and presentation skills
- Pedagogical skills and a secure demeanor
- Practical experience in the conception and implementation of seminars
- Willingness to be deployed at other locations
