IT Ops Engineer

The IT Ops Engineer will work onsite in our SF location to manage the daily IT needs of our in-office staff, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and support IT projects. The role requires a solid IT background, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of full-time experience in IT support or a related field
• Solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, A/V and network issues
• Experience in a startup or tech environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and adaptable
