Senior HRBP - EPD

Vercel is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support their EPD functions, including Engineering, Product, Data, and Design. The HRBP will partner with leadership to align people strategy with function and business objectives, and support the development of high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
• Experience supporting GTM, EPD, or other corporate functions
• Strong understanding of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle
