Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Veeco is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for our San Jose, CA location. This role will provide HR counsel and support to the local leadership team and site employees, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and work collaboratively with HR functions to drive the global talent strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of direct HR experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Professional HR certification is preferred
• Knowledge of federal and California employment law
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.) strongly preferred
• Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office suite of products)
• Excellent influencing, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
