We are seeking a Manhattan Associates Order Management (OMS) Consultant to help design, configure, and implement complex supply chain solutions for leading retailers and e-commerce organizations.
Requirements
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design Manhattan OMS solutions
- Author functional and technical documentation, including design and modification specifications
- Configure Manhattan OMS to meet client objectives
- Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and performance
- Deliver effective end-user training and provide hypercare support during deployment
- Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision
- Ensure high-quality outcomes across all project phases
