Job Description
The Director of Business Operations will serve as a high-leverage operator working closely with the SVP of Operations and Analytics and the broader leadership team. They will combine strategic thinking with a bias for execution—owning planning cycles, driving critical cross-functional initiatives, and building the operational infrastructure that lets Veriff scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in SQL
- Experience running OKR processes
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to distill complex situations for audiences ranging from individual contributors to the Board
