Senior Software Engineering Director

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Director to lead our Noida engineering site and own the technical vision and delivery of the Calabrio Workforce Management product line. The successful candidate will have experience in leading geographically distributed teams and driving employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Serve as Site Leader for Verint's Noida engineering office
• Champion employee engagement, retention, and a culture of inclusion, transparency, and accountability
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Facilities
• Build a robust local talent pipeline and recruit world-class engineering talent
• Own the technical vision and engineering execution for the Calabrio WFM product line
• Lead a geographically distributed engineering organization
• Manage a blended workforce of employees and contractors
• Work effectively with Product Managers and Product Owners
• Champion engineering excellence practices, tools, and patterns
• Define and own engineering KPIs
