Requirements

• Provide strategic tech guidance to the SRE and operations teams
• Provide subject matter expertise and advice on SRE, DevOps, PlatformOps, Containarization and FinOps best practices
• Coordinate works with leads in other teams in and outside of CloudOps, managers, tech leads and all engineering stakeholders
• Exceed expectations around SLA's, SLI's, SLO's, Lead time, Deployment Frequency, Change failure rate, MTTR, tech stack guidance and strategy implementations in a fast-paced Public Cloud environment
• Guide and coach engineers, unlocking creativity and inspiring them to build the best solutions for users and internal clients
• Take end-to-end ownership of your area and embrace iteration, believing that Shift Left and failure—and failing fast—is a key part of building great travel tech
• Break down silos, collaborating closely with product leaders and engineering leaders across Verint to ensure alignment with our vision
• Inspire with tech guidance and empower multiple multi-functional product teams
• Nurture, guide and develop junior engineering talent in the team, technically
