As a Project Manager on the UR Syndicated Research team, you will execute research studies that explore key questions shaping the future of early career recruiting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in market research or consulting is preferred, with a focus on HR, talent acquisition, or talent management topics a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, analytical rigor, and high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing and executing research studies using a mix of methodologies, such as qualitative interviews, surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
- Strong qualitative research capabilities, including conducting interviews, analyzing open-ended responses, and identifying themes and insights across complex information sources.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize quantitative data and integrate it with qualitative insights to develop well-supported conclusions.
- Exceptional ability to translate research findings into clear narratives, frameworks, and compelling research reports.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, thoughtful, and high-quality research outputs.
- Comfort working through ambiguous research questions and structuring complex topics into clear analytical approaches.
