Senior Manager - Cloud Engineering

Verisign is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering with a strong foundation in full-stack development to lead the strategy, development, and reliability of our cloud footprint.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in leadership roles managing cloud development and operations teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Skilled at mentoring and developing team members while fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation
• Proven expertise as a full-stack developer, with hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Python)
• Proven experience in cloud, preferably with AWS
• Adept at aligning team strengths with project requirements to optimize performance and create growth opportunities
• Extensive experience managing external-facing web properties with a focus on user experience, operational excellence, and reliability
• Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and deliver secure, stable platforms
