Sr. In-house Contracts Attorney

Verisign is seeking a senior attorney to serve as Director – Legal in the Contracting Organization to support the Company’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal role in a technology/internet field, and expert-level contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
• 12+ years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal role in a technology/internet field
• Expert-level contract drafting and negotiation skills with expertise in technology (including artificial intelligence) and software licensing
• Must be admitted to the Virginia bar or eligible for admission as a Virginia Corporate Counsel
