Senior Counsel

Join Verra Mobility as a Senior Counsel and provide broad-based legal support to a dynamic legal team. The role will involve leading a high volume of legal assignments, drafting contracts, advising on legal risk, and collaborating with business teams.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and in good standing with a state bar association
• 5+ years as a practicing attorney with an emphasis on contracting matters and/or prior experience as a product counsel at a technology-focused organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations and fast-paced environments
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Solid business instinct and judgment
• High degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong collaborative skills, and proven team orientation
• Personal integrity, sound judgment, and strong ethics in business and personal conduct
