Systems Engineer I

The Systems Engineer I works as a member of the Cloud Infrastructure team within Technical Operations, tasked with keeping existing infrastructure stable while creating automated monitoring systems and administration tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or relevant experience required
• 1-2 years of experience in system infrastructure
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Windows Servers, Active Directory, cloud management, monitoring, and PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of systems, networking software/hardware, and networking protocols
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and monitoring systems with current tools
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and resourcefulness
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver results
