Attorney Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated Attorney Recruiter to lead and scale our attorney hiring efforts nationwide. The Attorney Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and onboarding qualified attorneys to join our growing legal team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the legal industry and/or C-level or higher.
• Familiarity with attorney licensing, bar requirements, and legal hiring practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
• A proactive approach to sourcing talent and thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
