Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced assistant principal to join our collaborative and engaging middle school environment. The ideal candidate will be a culturally, instructionally, and operationally proficient leader who is passionate about furthering student achievement and providing a safe space for students to learn and grow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years experience as a school leader, preferably as an assistant principal
- Masters in Education Leadership or similar field of study preferred
- Possession of or working toward a valid Massachusetts School Principal / Assistant Principal License or proof of successful completion of MA-PAL
- Current authorization to work in the United States – a candidate must have such authorization by his or her first day of employment
