Associate Teacher (SY26-27, Middle School)

As an Associate Teacher at Veritas Prep, you will join a supportive team to foster growth as an educator, supporting the academic and social-emotional success of middle school scholars.

Requirements

• Build Your Teaching Skills: Work closely with experienced educators through mentorship, observation, and hands-on classroom experience
• Support Instruction: Serve as a substitute teacher when needed to ensure consistency in high-quality instruction
• Deliver Small Group Instruction: Teach daily academic support lessons tailored to students who need extra support or enrichment
• Foster Positive Relationships: Build meaningful connections with students and families to contribute to strong, high-expectation classroom cultures
• Engage in Coaching: Participate in regular coaching and feedback sessions to refine your practice
• Support School Operations: Help lead daily duties such as hallway transitions, lunch, and advisory
