Job Description
Verkada is seeking a driven Associate Solutions Engineering Program Manager to lead and mentor a team of ASEs through their technical training. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of training programs, managing the progress of training, and fostering career growth in the field of technical education and mentorship. This is a remote position within the San Mateo office.
Requirements
- Oversee the daily activities of the ASE training program.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering leaders and trainers.
- Provide mentorship and career development support to ASEs.
- Coordinate hands-on technical projects for ASEs.
- Manage program logistics, scheduling, and travel.
