Fulfillment Specialist (Remote)

Verkada is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Fulfillment team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. The role requires communicating order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, processing incoming orders and returns, and collaborating with other teams to support operations.

Requirements

• +2 years minimum experience in a call center setting
• Email handling and order entry experience in high volume environment
• Proficient with both written and verbal communication (email and phone). Knowledge of email etiquette is required
• Ability to complete tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and a team player with a positive attitude
