Verkada is seeking a Growth Manager to lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for their core product suite. The role requires a strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent
- Strong understanding of tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
- Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred
- Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
