Verkada is hiring a Senior Privacy Counsel to help build global privacy and AI programs from the ground up. The role requires 8+ years of relevant privacy experience, expertise in data privacy, biometrics, AI/ML regulations, and experience advising multinational companies on global transactions involving privacy issues.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
• 8+ years of relevant privacy experience
• Expertise in data privacy, biometrics, AI/ML regulations
• Experience advising multinational, complex fast-growing global companies
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical partners
• Strong communication skills
