Senior Software Engineer - iOS

Verkada is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - iOS to join their dynamic team focused on building cloud-managed intercom systems. The role offers ownership and autonomy, with a fair amount of opportunity to drive product direction and lead technical projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry mobile software engineering experience
• 2+ years of professional experience as a mobile engineer at a rapidly growing start up or innovative company.
• BS or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, or science
• In-depth understanding of Swift and iOS SDK
• Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code
• Experience working with backend server APIs
• Strong UI development skills
• Strong unit testing skills
• Experience driving technical direction and leading teams on project execution
• Experience collaborating cross functionally to design complex and latency sensitive systems
• History of shipping out significant products.
