Requirements

• Deep experience with modern Linux system architecture and software
• 2+ years experience in a management / startup leadership role
• 4+ years experience in a software engineering role
• Experience acting as a technical lead for a team of 5 or more engineers
• Track record on hiring and retaining excellent engineers
• Product- and business-savvy mindset
• Superior cross-team communication skills
• Eye for design, product details, and polish
• Willingness and ability to work onsite five days per week
