Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance & Business Operations

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance & Business Operations to partner closely with our Marketing teams at a high growth pre-IPO startup. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing spend allocation decisions and better understanding the efficacy of our Marketing programs.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive high growth experience
• High analytical horsepower paired with strong modeling and data skills
• Attention to detail and strong strategic instincts
• A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and partnership skills
• A team player with a low "ego to smarts ratio"
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
