Technicien(ne) métrologie H/F

Join Verkor's metrology team to play a crucial role in the reliability of processes by ensuring the calibration of laboratory equipment and online sensors.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanics, materials science, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a metrology, quality control, or laboratory technician role
• Practical experience with measurement tools such as dimensional/mechanical equipment, chemical equipment, and electrical equipment
• High attention to detail and precision
• Ability to analyze and interpret measurement data
• Basic knowledge of statistical software is an asset
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of calibration procedures
• Understanding of ISO 17025 standards is an asset
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and instrument measurement analysis (gage R&R) is an asset
• Mastering of technical drawings and dimensional and geometric tolerance standards (ISO GPS)
• Ability to use measurement software (e.g., Solid Works, Calypso)
• Perform dimensional checks on pieces and tools using 3D measuring machines (CMM) and 3D measuring arms
