Recoveries Agent (Litigation & Collections)

We are looking for a Recoveries Agent to join a dynamic and supportive team, taking ownership of a portfolio of overdue accounts and working proactively to recover outstanding balances through pre-legal and legal stages.

Requirements

• Managing a portfolio of overdue accounts in line with company policies and FCA regulations
• Contacting customers to secure payment or agree sustainable repayment plans
• Issuing Letters Before Action in line with the Pre-Action Protocol
• Preparing County Court claims (CCJs) and progressing cases via CCBC
• Liaising with solicitors and enforcement agents
• Applying for enforcement actions where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting recovery targets
