Workshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and develop our stand build team at our site near Peterborough. This is a key leadership role offering ownership of workshop operations, improvement of efficiencies, and delivery of projects to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a workshop or production environment
• Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing teams
• Background within carpentry, joinery, fabrication, or a similar hands-on trade
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Practical understanding of build processes to accurately plan workloads and timelines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
