Controller

Join Verogy, a growing organization in the solar industry, as a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead corporate-level accounting and financial reporting. As a key member of the Accounting team, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide leadership across accounting functions while partnering with senior leadership on business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction and/or solar industries
• Strong knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting and project-based financials
• Experience with Procore and Sage preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Experience in a high-growth and evolving organization
• Strong process improvement mindset
