Senior Program Officer, Auditing and Accreditation

Verra is a global leader in tackling environmental and social challenges. The Senior Program Officer will support the oversight of Validation and Verification Bodies (VVBs) and strengthen their capacity to conduct audits effectively and consistently under Verra programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years working with VVBs or accreditation bodies
• Relevant university degree
• Advanced degree advantageous
• Strong understanding of auditing and standards
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cultural awareness and fluency in English
• Ability to travel internationally
