Job Description
Versana is looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join its Platform Engineering squad. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud-native applications, distributed computing, CI/CD implementation. Key responsibilities include facilitating application modernization, optimizing systems and workflows, and developing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- 3+ years of experience in design, develop, test, and management of CI/CD pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.
- 3+ years of work experience with Public Cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Familiarity with messaging services like Kafka or Azure Eventhubs.
- Experience with monitoring, logging and tracing services (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, etc).
- Hands-on experience with build frameworks like Gradle, Maven, NPM.
- Experience with Linux operating system.
- Ability to partner with multi-functional teams and pivot quickly.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn.
