UX Designer

Versana is seeking a UX Designer to join our UX team. The role will support the fast-growing product and engineering teams while maintaining the design system library and UX standards.

Requirements

• Work closely with the Product team to gather and understand requirements.
• Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes.
• Execute usability tests, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions.
• Map user journeys and identify pain points or opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented.
