Job Description
As an Audit Manager, you will independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and lead a team to provide high-level service to clients. You will also review audit files, monitor working procedures, and provide training and guidance to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Professional qualifications such as MICPA, ACCA, or CPA Australia
- Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field
- 3 to 4 years in a supervisory role
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- High level of technical proficiency and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive, innovative, and self-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
- Strong sense of integrity and a positive working attitude
