Design Quality Engineer

Control the number of re-sent abnormal parts within the production process, improve the closure rate of abnormal production quality stoppages, and revise and maintain Process Quality Control Plans (QCP).

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
• Minimum 23 years of relevant working experience
• Familiarity with quality management processes, including process flows and quality control principles
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead improvement projects
• Proficient in Minitab, QC Seven Tools, Six Sigma, and other relevant quality tools
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and manage quality-related discussions
• Understanding of evaluation standards and requirements for new equipment and materials
