Supplier Quality Engineer

Develop and establish supplier evaluation standards, maintain accurate records, and review new suppliers. Collaborate with outsourcing suppliers to improve product quality and manage non-conformance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in a related role
• Strong understanding of supplier management processes
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
• Ability to lead supplier-related improvement initiatives
• Proficient in quality tools such as Minitab, the 7 QC tools, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Capable of handling customer-facing communications professionally
• Knowledge of standards for evaluating new equipment and materials
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
