NPI Product Engineer

Responsible for managing the introduction and transition of new products from design to mass production, ensuring successful manufacturing that meets quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with injection molding product design, injection molding processes, and quality management practices
• Basic project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proficient in CAD, UG, and other design/analysis tools for basic process design and optimization
• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills to manage challenges during new product introduction
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in China
