Job Description
Production Supervisor (Plastic Injection Molding) job responsibilities include ensuring employees comply with workplace policies, maintaining 5S programs, leading team meetings, and resolving line problems. The role also involves supervising employees, counseling and disciplining employees, and ensuring the department meets its KPI goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing line
- Knowledge in computer literacy (Power Point, Excel, Word, Power BI)
