Job Description
Version 1 is seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join their expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Core HR, Absence and HR Helpdesk modules. The consultant will provide day-to-day application support for various clients, provide training and coaching for other colleagues, and offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
- Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
