Version 1 are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Oracle Functional Consultant to join their multi award winning ERP Practice. The role will involve configuring and rolling-out an HR/Payroll solution for clients on Oracle HCM Cloud, identifying business requirements, and providing user training.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud including Core HR, Global Payroll and UK Payroll
- Strong configuration skills in fast formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards
- Ability to drive workshops with customers and define requirements for cloud projects
- Good understanding of UK Payroll legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working effectively within a team
- Excellent mentoring and skills transfer capabilities
- Organised and self-motivated
- SQL skills and experience of BI Publisher
- Functional and Technical problem investigation skills
